1. ABOUT AL SYED TRADERS
AL SYED TRADERS is a business based in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, offering optics, precision equipment, and sourcing services.
Our website may display products that are currently in stock, available to order, require sourcing, or require availability confirmation.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product names, descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and availability information.
Product information may change and errors may occasionally occur.
Important product information will be confirmed before an order is accepted where necessary.
We do not knowingly publish unverified specifications or claims.
3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products displayed on our website may have different availability statuses.
A product shown on the website is not necessarily guaranteed to be available for immediate dispatch.
Where availability requires confirmation, we may contact the customer before accepting the order.
If a requested product is unavailable, we may offer sourcing or availability options where reasonably possible.
4. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order or product request does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.
Orders may be reviewed to confirm:
- Product availability
- Product details and requirements
- Pricing
- Delivery information
- Payment arrangements
- Other relevant order details
An order is considered confirmed only after AL SYED TRADERS has reviewed and confirmed the order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons.
5. PRICING
Prices displayed on the website represent the listed product price unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be changed before an order is confirmed.
If a pricing error occurs, or if the correct product price changes before confirmation, AL SYED TRADERS may cancel the order and inform the customer.
Any applicable delivery charges are separate unless specifically stated otherwise.
6. PAYMENT METHODS
We may accept payment through:
- Cash on Delivery
- Bank transfer
- Easypaisa
- JazzCash
- Other payment arrangements agreed with the customer
For advance-payment orders, the required amount must be paid before the order proceeds as agreed.
For sourcing requests, an advance or deposit may be required before sourcing begins.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer delivery across Pakistan.
TCS may be used for delivery, subject to service availability.
For confirmed in-stock products, Karachi delivery may be available the same day, subject to order confirmation and courier/service availability.
Delivery to other areas of Pakistan is generally estimated at approximately 4–5 working days for confirmed in-stock products, subject to destination and courier conditions.
Sourcing orders may have different timelines, which will be communicated separately.
Customers are responsible for actual applicable delivery charges. Delivery charges will be confirmed with the customer before dispatch.
8. DELIVERY INSPECTION
Customers should inspect the package for visible damage and confirm that the correct parcel has been received before accepting delivery.
If there is visible damage or another obvious issue with the parcel, the customer should raise the matter with the delivery provider and contact AL SYED TRADERS promptly.
9. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
AL SYED TRADERS does not offer a general return or exchange policy.
Customers may request cancellation before dispatch.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If an issue is confirmed, a replacement may be offered where reasonably possible.
If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been received, the amount paid may be refunded in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

10. WARRANTY
Products do not carry a warranty unless a specific product listing expressly states that a warranty applies.
Where a warranty is specifically stated, it will be subject to the terms applicable to that particular product.
11. SOURCING SERVICES
Customers may request products that are not currently listed or available in stock.
Sourcing requests may require an advance or deposit before sourcing begins. The amount will vary depending on the product and order.
If AL SYED TRADERS has already paid for or ordered a specifically requested product, the advance or deposit may be non-refundable.
Sourcing timelines are estimates and may be affected by supplier availability, shipping, customs, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances outside our control.
12. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:
- Name
- Contact details
- Delivery address
- Product requirements
- Quantity
- Other information necessary to complete the order
Customers are also responsible for reviewing product specifications, compatibility information, dimensions, and other relevant details before confirming an order.
13. PHONE AND WHATSAPP ORDERS
Orders or enquiries made through phone or WhatsApp may be handled manually.
Product availability, pricing, delivery charges, payment terms, and other conditions may be confirmed individually before the order is accepted.
14. LAWFUL USE
Customers are responsible for using products and services purchased through AL SYED TRADERS in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements.
AL SYED TRADERS does not provide legal, financial, technical, or professional advice through this website.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The AL SYED TRADERS name, logo, website design, original written content, graphics, and other original materials are the property of AL SYED TRADERS or are used with appropriate permission.
They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used commercially without permission where applicable.
16. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

18. ORDER REFUSAL OR CANCELLATION

Where payment has already been received for an order that we cannot fulfill, the applicable amount paid will be refunded.

AL SYED TRADERS is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including supplier delays, courier delays, customs issues, government actions, natural disasters, technical failures, or other similar events.
20. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan.
21. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a dispute or issue arises, the parties should first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication.
Where a matter cannot be resolved directly, the parties may use any legal remedies available under applicable law.

AL SYED TRADERS may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
