SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

AL SYED TRADERS provides delivery services across Pakistan. This policy explains our delivery areas, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, and delivery procedures.

1. DELIVERY AREAS

We offer delivery across Pakistan, subject to courier service availability for the destination.

2. COURIER SERVICE

We may use TCS for delivery of orders, subject to service availability and the requirements of the individual order.

Another delivery provider may be used where reasonably necessary or agreed with the customer.

3. DELIVERY TIMES

For confirmed in-stock products:

• Karachi: Same-day delivery may be available, subject to order confirmation, dispatch timing, location, and courier/service availability.
• Other areas of Pakistan: Delivery is generally estimated at approximately 4–5 working days, subject to destination, courier operations, and other circumstances.

These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times.

Products that require sourcing may have different delivery timelines. The estimated timeline for a sourcing order will be communicated separately.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Customers are responsible for applicable delivery and shipping charges.

Shipping charges are based on the actual applicable delivery cost and will be confirmed manually with the customer before dispatch.

5. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Submitting an order does not automatically confirm dispatch.

Before dispatch, AL SYED TRADERS may review and confirm:

• Product availability
• Product details
• Final product price
• Delivery address
• Shipping charges
• Payment arrangements
• Other relevant order details

The order will proceed after confirmation with the customer.

6. CASH ON DELIVERY

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders and locations.

COD availability may depend on the order, destination, product, and courier service.

Advance payment may also be available where agreed.

7. DELIVERY INSPECTION

Customers should check the package for visible damage and confirm that the correct parcel has been received before accepting delivery.

If the package appears visibly damaged or there is an obvious delivery issue, the customer should raise the matter with the delivery provider and contact AL SYED TRADERS promptly.

8. REFUSED OR UNACCEPTED DELIVERIES

If a customer refuses or does not accept a confirmed delivery without an agreed reason, the order may be cancelled.

Any applicable delivery, return, or other charges incurred as a result may be deducted where applicable.

9. FAILED DELIVERY

If a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal, unreachable contact number, or other customer-related issue, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and remaining available to receive the order.

10. SOURCING ORDERS

Products sourced specifically according to customer requirements may have different delivery timelines.

Sourcing may begin only after any required advance or deposit has been received.

Delays may occur due to supplier availability, shipping, customs, regulatory requirements, courier services, or circumstances outside our control.

If a significant sourcing delay occurs, we will inform the customer and provide an updated estimated timeline where possible.

11. LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup may be available in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, subject to prior confirmation and agreed arrangements.

Customers should contact AL SYED TRADERS before visiting to confirm pickup availability and timing.

12. DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery times are estimates only.

AL SYED TRADERS is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations, supplier delays, customs, government requirements, weather, natural disasters, technical problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
